Protein Powder Question For Women? - protein for footballers
I'm 20 and just started working with a personal trainer. It is kick ass, and I am from all the exercise I did last week exhausted (taking into account that there is no more than 2 years long!) And I've started my calorie diet with healthy fillings.
If a smoothie drink every morning with a little protein powder to gain muscle on me and gives me energy? Or to me to do?
